Snow Joe is our winter coffee for the season: an organic medium roast blend with notes of cocoa, spice, and winter cheer. It’s built for dark mornings, snow days, and warming up after a day on the mountain.
The ski scene on the bag is a tribute to home. It was illustrated from our local ski area, Mt. Baker Ski Area, just up the road from our Bellingham roastery, where a hot cup before a day on the snow is part of the tradition. Snow Joe is the coffee we’d want in that cup.
As an organic winter blend, Snow Joe is USDA Certified Organic and Fairly Traded, sourced the same way we’ve sourced organic coffee since 1999: with respect for the farmers who grow it and the planet it comes from. Through our Fairly Traded program, we donate $0.20 from every pound sold to organizations doing environmental and social good.
Tony’s Coffee Winter Blend is a cozy medium roast that works as an everyday brew all season. Snow Joe is available through the winter in 12 oz or 5 lb bags, whole bean or ground.

How to Brew Snow Joe
Snow Joe’s cocoa and spice notes come through best as drip or pour-over, at about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. For a dessert-style cup, brew it a little stronger and add steamed milk for a winter latte or mocha.
