Story

Triangle Accent

Naturally processed Ethiopian coffees are special in the world of "Single Origin" coffee flavors. These coffees are mellow and heavy on the palette, with a distinctively sweet, jammy flavor. That flavor comes from the processing system they have used for centuries in Ethiopia - now called the "dry" or "natural" process.

Ethiopia Natural Coffee Grown by the Halo Bariti Cooperative as part of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. This coffee is composed of Indigenous heirloom varietals and is grown by the Halo Bariti cooperative at 1,600 – 2,300 meters above sea-level.

First appearance of the bag is bad - packaging needs an overhaul. However I was pleasantly surprised by both the smell and taste of this coffee. Delicious notes of well balanced berries.

    I would purchase again.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. Pleasantly strong aroma, the bag of beans smelled like the strawberry milk from my childhood. This coffee has a very smooth mouthfeel! I also found that I got the best flavor with a Clever using only about 19 g of beans to about 450 g of water, which is about 1/4 less coffee (and a couple extra ounces of water) than most people recommend. This is a great dessert coffee as well, you really taste the berry notes when nibbling on something sweet. A+ product.
