Located in San Martín Jilotepeque in Guatemala’s Chimaltenango region, Concepción Buena Vista has been a family-run farm for over 150 years. Fourth-generation producer and two-time National Barista Champion David Solano now leads the estate with his wife, combining tradition with innovation through experimental processing methods such as Nitro, Lactic, and Anaerobic. Their dedication to quality and education has earned global recognition, including a top-three espresso ranking at the 2019 World Barista Championship.

    Exactly as described, except maybe change the order to blueberry, nectarine, caramel. The kitchen was filled with the aroma of blueberries upon first grind (Decent, Niche). The aroma translated nicely to the cup. Smooth, with no acid brightness hitting you over the head. Perfect.
