Story

Triangle Accent

Ripe black cherry and bright mandarin orange are complemented by the concentrated sweetness of dried mango. A rich, jammy body carries these vibrant fruit notes into a long, lingering finish.

Hafi Coffee comes from producers in Burundi’s secluded Muyinga Province, where distance from nearby washing stations has inspired an innovative approach to processing. Whole cherries undergo 24–48 hours of anaerobic fermentation before slowly sun-drying on raised beds for several weeks.

The result is a vibrant, plush, and deeply complex natural coffee with remarkable character. Our partnership with JNP Coffee spans several harvests, and after featuring Hafi in last year’s Wonderblend, we’re excited to showcase this distinctive coffee on its own.
