We immensely enjoy working with Joel Guzman and sharing his delightful coffees! This time he has produced a beautiful honey processed Parainema coffee. It makes a truly captivating cup that is both creamy and fruity.

We couldn't be more thrilled to be welcoming back Joel's honey processed coffee! This year's production is down slightly, but the cup quality is even better than before. We're still tasting tons of sugary sweetness and deep, dark fruits, but with even more depth and structure that rounds the entire cup out. This is such a special coffee and relationship for us and we're so happy to be sharing it again with you!
