Grown in Chelbesa, Gedeb, this exceptional lot comes from producer Kebede Wako and his family, who have cultivated coffee in the region since 2000. Using carefully selected heirloom Ethiopian varietals, the cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and processed with meticulous attention to fermentation and drying.
