"Once a coffee is in our roastery, we obsess about perfecting the roast for that coffee. We roast coffee by hand (sight, smell, sound) and cup every roast. Each coffee is roasted daily to highlight the 'taste of place' that is unique to each farm and origin. The next day we do it all again, tweaking the roast if necessary to liberate the most distinctive and captivating flavors of each coffee."

    One of the most exotic tasting coffees I have ever had from El Salvador. This coffee tastes more like an African coffee than a Central American one, but it is incredible just the same. Not a lot of these berry, juicy, fruity, type coffees from this region, and this may be the best I have had in all honesty. Love this coffee, and this roaster!

    I would say this is the little brother of Big truck blend. This has less "burn"yet very flavorful. It has the hint of sweetness at the end, overall a well rounded cup of Joe. I used to get one of this little buddy for every 4 big trucks I purchased. But overtime, this blend has won me over, and I get half of big truck, and half of little buddy. I still love both blends.
