Sholi, meaning “Mutual Assistance,” is a community-focused cooperative in Rwanda’s Muhanga District near Lake Kivu. Producing coffee for more than a decade, the cooperative is nearly half women and places a strong emphasis on supporting local farmers and their communities.

Grown at 1,800–2,000 meters, this Certified Organic Bourbon is fully washed and offers a rich, balanced cup with notes of baker’s chocolate, raspberry, toasted coconut, and vanilla.
