This Specter is not to be feared. As seasonal coffees arrive, we’re always testing, sampling and dialing them in. We find fresh crop, seasonal coffees that please when pulled as an espresso. While our other espressos aim for consistency, this espresso is ever-changing.

    Recent surprize for me. I mostly buy medium and medium light espresso, but Spectre is a treat. Even though the darker roast is in front and aromatic, it finishes with a clean and modern taste. Also the crema is a rich orange or burnt umber, so my shots evoke Halloween first thing each morning, and it makes me smile.
