The Unique Story

After years of customers requesting a dark roast, this is it! To be completely transparent, we (the roasters of Flatlands Coffee), do not generally go for dark roasted coffees, as they tend to lack sweetness and flavor complexity, but this one is different. When aiming to satisfy the dark roast request while simultaneously adhering to our approach of creating naturally sweet, complex and balanced flavors, we present you with “The Dark One.” This coffee performs well in all brew methods - and were especially loving the results from espresso and cold brew.
