Story

Triangle Accent

Since our launch in 2017, some of our favorite coffees at DRINK COFFEE DO STUFF have been from Colombia. Colombia yields the third-largest coffee harvest in the world, and is renowned for its single origins with floral, tropical fruit flavor notes. Colombia Las Mercedes, is no exception — this washed process beauty is giving us candied apple and brown sugar vibes with a silky sweet finish. We initially launched this coffee three years ago and are so thrilled to bring it back!

Colombia Las Mercedes comes from a family-owned farm that has been producing coffee for over a century. They are now known as Green Hills Coffee S.A.S — a coffee chain of production, commercialization and exportation. Their aim is to offer a traceable product, since they're able to control the entire process, all the way from the seed to the exportation.
