Story

Triangle Accent

Papua New Guinea Siane Chimbu is our first single origin release from Papua New Guinea, sourced from the Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative in the remote Chimbu Highlands. Grown at about 4,500 feet in a landscape of lush mountains, volcanic soils, and warm equatorial sun, this medium roast captures the richness of its origin.

Fully washed and sun dried, the cup opens with notes of dark cherry and chocolate fudge, followed by layers of black tea, fig jam, and stone fruit, with subtle hints of clove and lemongrass on the finish.

Silky, gently smoky, and comforting, it brings a quiet warmth to the cup, like a brief escape from winter and a reminder that brighter days are on the horizon.

Brew up and enjoy.
