Ana Maria Donneys is a 5th generation coffee farmer who is absolute trailblazer in the coffee world. You can read all about her here. She is a Q grader, a founder of the International Women Coffee Alliance) and grows some incredible coffees.
This lot was from her farm Finca Paloma. Grown at over 1400MASL, these Caturra beans were meticulously picked and then anaerobically fermented and naturally processed. Not too funky, this coffee is wildly sweet and fruit forward.
Fig jam, passion fruit and guava are all in an incredibly tasty cup.
