Here, producer Valentin Gonzalez operates his farm, San Pancracio, at an elevation of 1550 meters. His primary crop is Caturra, with small portions of Bourbons and Catuai also grown. As a small estate farm, San Pancracio produces between 250 and 300 bags of coffee annually, making it a delightful addition to our roster.
