Behold the return of our crowd-favorite Capital Cold Brew, just in time for summer! As the name implies, our Capital Cold Brew was crafted by our roasting team to be brewed and enjoyed cold, just in time for the warm weather months ahead. This year, we updated the blend components to include aspects of some of our favorite coffees. Featuring coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Burundi, this year’s Capital Cold Brew combines the vibrancy and chocolate-forward flavors of Latin American and African coffees. Both the Guatemala Hunapu and Burundi Turihamwe are from smallholder producers. The base of our Capital Cold Brew is a creamy, full-bodied Colombia Huila coffee. The Guatemala and Burundi coffees bring a dried fruit sweetness and warm chocolate notes to the blend. Together they create a layered complexity giving the coffee a rich, lush finish. The Capital Cold Brew blend offers a refreshing, sweet, and richly smooth experience making it an ideal iced beverage.
