Story

Triangle Accent

From the Tablón de Gómez area of Nariño comes this fresh arrival that is crisp, bright, and brimming with notes of citrus and stone fruit.

High in the mountains of Nariño, the indigenous Inga people of Aponte Village carry forward centuries-old traditions, speaking their ancestral language, living in a community where land is held collectively, and guided by the wisdom of the Cabildo elders. Coffee here is more than a crop—it’s a lifeline that sustains the community, preserves cultural heritage, and offers an alternative to less sustainable land uses. Despite the challenges of remote farming, limited infrastructure, and small-scale production, Aponte’s farmers continue to cultivate exceptional coffees that reflect their resilience, dedication, and deep connection to the land.

Story:

Based in Bellingham, Washington, Camber was started in 2015 by three Certified Q-graders who were (and still are) passionate about sourcing and roasting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity and balance. Despite receiving some nice recognition out of the gate, they've remained very aware that they're only as good as their last batch, which is why they cup every single roast. In July of 2017, they opened their flagship cafe, where they serve fresh, creative food and beverages.
