Story
The coffee flow in Sumatra is unique compared to other origins. In our region, women are the backbone of the coffee business, making all quality and buying decisions.
We named this coffee Boru Batak, honoring the maternal line of our families. It originates from Lintongnihuta, a region in Northern Sumatra near Lake Toba.
This coffee is completely sun-dried and triple-picked, making it a Supergrade type. They only produce about 200 bags annually. It’s exceptionally clean with a massive syrupy body, fresh acidity, and flavors of cedar, leather, and a distinct butterscotch essence.
