This coffee drop comes from Deiro Gasca, a dedicated producer from a multigenerational coffee-growing family in Colombia. His focus on process and quality is reflected in every cup, and he’s currently working alongside his son, who’s studying agronomic engineering, to continue improving the farm’s output. This coffee represents more than just great flavor; it’s part of a long-term vision to grow with purpose and provide for his family through excellence.

This lot features aromas of floral chamomile and stone fruits. In the cup, flavors of white grape and cantaloupe cool to apple cider and peach pastry. An apple-like acidity and maple syrup sweetness carry into a long lasting aftertaste.
