Simple Summer, a delightful coffee blend, pairs two Ethiopian coffees. The washed half is our Kochere, a Yirgacheffe lot that maintains its clean and floral character, reminiscent of the peach-and-black-tea side of Ethiopia. The natural side is Shantawene, originating from Sidama, and it adds a vibrant jammy blueberry flavor with the body and sweetness that natural coffees are known for. To preserve the natural flavors, we roast both coffees lightly, ensuring that the fruit remains intact and doesn’t cook off.
When enjoyed hot, Simple Summer offers a clean and sweet taste. Additionally, it can be refreshingly cooled down by pouring it over ice, allowing the fruit’s flavors to shine.
