I chose Ace because of the medium body and the flavor notes of dried cherries, orange blossom and lime and it's easily surpassed any expectations. Smooth, flavorful & sweet, it's the number-one choice from the five roasters I have purchased from and has become my 'go-to' morning drip coffee. It's also a great Sunday morning 'share the love with friends' brew here at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. Great job Ritual!
