Monkey Bite was the espresso bean Bird Rock used to make espresso drinks. I immediately fell in love. This is the richest, smoothest espresso I have ever had. Now that I have moved to NY, I order it online because I have found no other espresso bean that compares. Thank you Bird Rock!
