Firmdale Hotel Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 400g of your choice of nuts (chopped but not too small)
  • 200g oats
  • 200g honey
  • 75g grapeseed oil
  • Orange Zest
  • 125g dried fruit

Directions

  1. Warm the honey, zest and oil.
  2. Once warm, mix together with the nuts, oats and fruit.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press in the mix evenly across the tray.
  4. Bake at 130 degrees centigrade for one hour, press and cool.
  5. Cut when cold - the next morning is best.
  6. You can bake this loosely on a tray, if you just want regular loose granola.
