We took our sublimely sweet Gaitania Community Colombia coffee and Nanelle created two new roast profiles to emphasize different parts of the sweetness. Syrup profile extends Maillard and the end of development to convert more fruit acids into complex carbohydrates. The Lively profile is a bit shorter Maillard and faster ramp to make the sweet fruit notes pop!
You put's it in your mouth. And you like it. The results are hyper yes! and hyper sweet. We're getting lush honeys, rich stone fruits, mango, fuji apple and marshmallow notes.
