We teamed up with our close friends, the Ariz family, to bring you this natural process coffee—a rare find in Central America, and one that benefits from the best cherry selection process we have seen anywhere in the world. Only the darkest, holly-red coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, yielding a sweeter cup with bold fruit notes.
These Bourbon coffee cherries were grown at 1700 meters at Finca El Aguila, the Ariz family’s Cup-of-Excellence-winning farm in El Salvador. Drying on raised beds in shade for over a month pushed ripe fruit flavors into the beans, resulting in a lush and vibrant cup.
