Story
A nod to our origins at 808 Denargo Market, where Novo dove headfirst into the coffee world in 2002. We started in an 850-square-foot warehouse condo within the market, which, opened in 1939, was Denver’s largest produce market until a 1971 fire destroyed most of it. Famous beat poet Jack Kerouac even wrote his novel “On The Road” while working there in 1951. From 2002 to 2007, Novo’s neighbors at Denargo Market were diverse, ranging from scrap yards and dog biscuit bakers to a meth lab and a few enduring produce companies.
This blend was originally crafted for espresso, but it’s quite versatile and delivers great results as drip, pour-over, and cold brew too.
