Story
Mocha Java is the oldest recognized coffee blend in the world. Mocha was an Ethiopian transplant coffee grown across the Red Sea in Yemen, and Java is from the Indonesian island of Java. We strive to be as true to origin as possible while maintaining quality. While Yemen does grow some coffee, the quality can’t compare to its Ethiopian origins. Similarly, coffee from Sumatra has better consistent quality than its neighbor Java. Thus, we offer a Mocha Java with the highest quality Ethiopian and Sumatra beans.

I have tasted other Mocha Java roasts and none comes close to the appeal of 'Ghost Town'. I first ordered the small size, but quickly learned to appreciate the strong, tasty flavor, so now order the 5 lb. size.
If you like strong coffee, this'll knock your socks off!

I recently discovered Ghost Town Coffee Roasters ordering the Mocha Java 12-oz. size, along with some other of the GT coffee roasts. Already I'm enjoying Mocha Java so much, I'm ordering it by the 5-lb. size! I have tasted other roasters' Mocha Java and have found GT the most satisfying.
Ghost Town's Mocha Java won't let you down!

Really good cup of coffee. I brewed it in a Cheney at a 14:1 ratio. Nice full bodied cup of coffee with low acidity. I don’t have much experience with coffees from this region but this coffee has given me good cause to further explore. Thank you!
