Our cuppers were quite delighted by this special microlot and dubbed it our jasmine bomb. It’s velvety and sweet with a vivid acidity and tasting notes of jasmine, wildflower honey, fruity pebbles, and green apple.  It comes highly recommended from the JBC cupping team.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis special microlot is part of the Geshaverse Program, a program developed specifically to curate exceptional Geisha coffees from Colombia. The\u003cbr\u003eprogram highlights origins where altitude, climate, and producer expertise converge to reveal the most refined expression of this coveted variety. Ripe geisha coffee cherries are harvested and fermented in whole cherry for 48 hours. The coffee is then depulped and fermented again for 24 hours to promote enhanced aromatic complexity.
