Don Higinio and his wife Doña Aura bought their first small plot of land in 1988, naming it San José Las Moritas. Las Moritas would be the first of many farms Don Higinio would acquire over the years. The farm has an impressive array of coffee varieties including Bourbon, Pache, Catuaí, Pacamara, Caturra, and Typica. The farms are located 1,200-1,800 meters above sea level on the largest mountain range in eastern Guatemala, the Sierra de Las Minas.
This version of Mosaic blends two different roast profiles of this 100% Pacamara lot from Las Moritas. One profile to bolster the syrupy body and raw honey sweetness, and the other to accentuate the juicy mango and plum notes.

Based in Bellingham, Washington, Camber was started in 2015 by three Certified Q-graders who were (and still are) passionate about sourcing and roasting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity and balance. Despite receiving some nice recognition out of the gate, they've remained very aware that they're only as good as their last batch, which is why they cup every single roast. In July of 2017, they opened their flagship cafe, where they serve fresh, creative food and beverages.
