Story

Triangle Accent

Insert your best “coffee that’s out of this world” pun here... but the origin behind the Cosmo name actually lies much closer to home. This blend was formerly known as “Cosmopolitan Espresso”, named as such because it brings together three coffees from vastly different parts of the world. Don’t get us wrong-- we still love this coffee as a double shot, but we updated the name to reflect that it’s also great for other brew methods. Choose this medium roast and you’ll find notes of plum, cranberry, and marzipan.

For espresso, we recommend starting with 18 grams in, 36 grams out, in about 27 seconds.

One of the Best Espresso Roasts I’ve Tasted!

The Cosmo blend from Atomic Coffee Roasters is absolutely excellent. It’s incredibly smooth, well-balanced, and full of rich flavor without any harsh bitterness. Every cup tastes clean, refined, and satisfying — easily one of the best espresso roasts I’ve had.

If you enjoy a smoother, flavorful espresso, this one is a must-try. The only blend I’d rank slightly higher if you prefer a bolder, more intense flavor would be Atomic’s House Blend. Otherwise, Cosmo is a standout and an easy favorite. Highly recommend!

A beautiful classic espresso, rich chocolate without bitterness or ash aftertaste. A staple in my house

This is one of my go to espressos, it's lighter, and fresh, sometimes a little bit finicky getting dialed in but worth it. I like this in he summer for sure.

Has great balance of flavor, very little bitterness. Doesn't wear itself out after a few weeks.
