Rwanda Kanzu
Kanzu is a privately held wet mill in the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda. The coffee processed here is provided by around 60 individual farm owners that grow coffee at an elevation of around 1950 meters. ...read more year. More recently, Kanzu has transitioned to from partial to full shade drying a majority of its production after finding that overall quality was improving during trials. This forces the drying of the process to slow down, resulting in coffee that roasts more predictably and maintains its vibrant character for longer.
