For the winning mirco-lots, we awarded 1.8 million pesos in farm improvement grants. The winning farms received a 1.5 million peso farm grant and we also constructed a larger blender lot with coffee from other exceptional farms. This specific blend is a combination of the coffees that scored above a certain score from Narino, Huila, and Cauca, thus ensuring that all farmers who entered coffee into the competition were classified as specialty grade and had their lots purchased. Collectively, we agreed that the Roasters United III was a great success and the best competition yet!
