Brazil Black Diamond
Mike Perry sourced this coffee from his trip early this year, and is a blend from two farms located in Cerro Mineiro region. It starts with a light milk chocolate and bright orange-citrus aroma. The cup brings out flavors of brown sugar and orange with mild citric acidity. Along with a balanced body, this coffee can be enjoyed as drip or espresso.

A strong characteristic of this region is its well-defined seasons—a hot, wet summer followed by a pleasantly dry winter. The coffee plantations are cultivated in areas with altitudes varying between 800 and 1,300 meters and are known for consistently producing high-quality coffees with a unique identity. The coffees are “Origin and Quality Certified” by the Cerrado Mineiro Region - PGI - Regulatory Board.
Rare just as rose diamonds , the grains that compose this label have distinct characteristics, aroma of orange flowers , jasmine or roses, balanced body and long finishing. Finding this gem, demands a lot of mining and deep knowledge of the coffee sensory characteristics.
