We’ve known the producers from El Manzano for many years and are were excited to bring in several direct lots this year. This high grade varietal was specifically processed for us using the Natural (or dry) Process. This process allows for the coffee to be sun dried with the cherry fruit still surrounding the seeds inside. The result is a sweet, fruit forward cup.
