We’re big fans of Ethiopian coffee and this natural processed one from the Worka Cooperative in Yirgacheffe is fantastic. Although we’ve played with it as espresso, we’ve found that it really shines on a Kalita. Lets face it, however you prepare it, it will remind you of why you love coffee from Ethiopia.
Aromas of lemon and berry, flavors of strawberry and caramel, lilac and toffee aftertastes, a nippy acidity, a thick body and a bold sweetness.
