The components are:

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling - Washed, Gayo 1, Gayo 2 varietals from the famous Aceh region.

El Salvador Finca Manuela - a washed Bourbon from our
favorite farm in El Sal.

Guatemala Cerro de Oro - a washed coffee of Caturra, Catuai, Castillo and Bourbon varities from one of the highest non-volcanic chain of mountains in Guat.
