Costa Rica Alma Negra Natural
This natural process Costa Rican lot is selectively harvested, with only the very ripest cherries picked and patio dried for up to 27 days. The coffee is grown and processed at Cumbres del Poas by the Chacon family, Oscar and Francisca, who have made a name for themselves as having one of the finest micro mills in Costa Rica. Their mill, Las Lajas, is known for its outstanding natural and honey-processed coffees. This one, the Natural Alma Negra, is no exception with notes of raspberry jam and pineapple.
