This is a fun left quote. I hardly ever brew or much less drink light roasted coffee. I was intrigued by the description of the 'notes' from this coffee so I decided to try it. Roast: Light Body: Juicy Acidity: Sweet Notes: Kiwi, peach, cranberry. When my coffee arrived about 2o minutes ago, I could hardly wait to fresh grind some beans and try it out. First off, OMG !! upon opening the bag, I was 'greeted' with a truly heavenly aroma that made me even more eager to drink a cup! On inspection of the beans, they appeared to me to be a medium roast and not a light roast. Just fine with me. The 'brew' had all the character traits as stated on the GoCoffeeGo Web site. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the 'light' roasted coffee and would recommend to all 'coffee lovers'! Thanks Ritual and thanks GoCoffeeGo ... MMmmmmm YUM ! This is a fun right quote.
