Ingredients
- 8 oz Tonic Water
- 20 grams (1 1/2 Tbsp) Honey
- 2 Espresso Shots
- 1 Lemon
- Ice Cubes
Directions
- Place ice and a few slices of lemon in a tall glass. Pour in the tonic water. Set aside. Pull espresso shots. Add honey to the hot espresso and stir. When slightly cool, pour the espresso and honey mixture into the glass. Add a squirt of fresh lemon and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
