Ingredients

Ingredients (1 cocktail)

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh espresso
  • ¾ oz coffee liqueur
  • ¼ oz vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
  • Ice

For the Fun Rim

  • Corn syrup or simple syrup (for sticking)
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Garnish

  • 3 coffee beans
  • Mini rainbow lollipop or striped straw (optional but dramatic)

Directions

Step 1: Rim the Glass

  1. Lightly brush the rim with simple syrup.
  2. Dip into rainbow sprinkles.
  3. Chill the glass in the freezer while you mix.

Tip: Don’t overload the syrup or it’ll drip. Light tacky layer only.


Step 2: Shake It Hard

  1. Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.

You want:

  • Ice-cold
  • Thick foam layer
  • Slight dilution

Step 3: Strain & Garnish

  1. Double strain into your chilled, sprinkle-rimmed coupe.
  2. Add 3-4 coffee beans.
  3. Insert mini rainbow lollipop or candy straw.

Want It Even More “Party”? Add:

  • ½ oz Irish cream for a dessert version.
  • A pinch of edible glitter (bar-safe, not craft glitter).
  • Colored sugar instead of sprinkles for cleaner look

This is a sweet-forward martini.
If you want it less sugary:

  • Skip vanilla syrup.
  • Keep the rim thin.
  • Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to the shaker.
