Ingredients
- Make simple syrup.
- Make the cold brew.
- Next, begin making the drink.
- Garnish.
- Serve over ice in 12 oz high ball.
Directions
DRINK INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces - Grapefruit-Lemongrass Simple Syrup ( See recipe below
- 1 ounce - Toddy Cold Brew ( Onyx Coffee Labs Geometry Blend)
- 6 ounces - Tonic
- Garnish with Grapefruit Peel
- Ice
Grapefruit - Lemongrass Simple Syrup:
- 30 oz Simply brand Grapefruit Juice or other
- 5 oz Honey
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lemongrass Chopped (or several dashes of dried lemongrass)
- Bring Simply Grapefruit Juice to a low boil, reduce to a simmer, and steep 75 grams of Lemongrass for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately incorporate Honey.
- Strain + chill.
- *This recipe makes enough syrup for 15 drinks. You could easily half the recipe, but I wouldn’t recommend going much below that! The syrup will last in the fridge in an air-tight container for 1-2 weeks.
