Cinnamon Caramel Velvet Latte (Mocktail)

Ingredients

  • 2 shots hot espresso
  • 1 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 oz caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
  • 2 oz half-and-half
  • 2 oz cold brew or strong brewed coffee (optional but adds depth)
  • 1–2 drops vanilla extract
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional but elevates the caramel!)
  • Ice

For Garnish

  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon sugar or a cinnamon stick
  • Extra caramel drizzle

Directions

1. Prep the glass:
Drizzle caramel inside the glass and add a few ice cubes.

2. Build the base:
In a shaker, combine:

  • espresso
  • cinnamon syrup
  • caramel
  • half-and-half
  • vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • (optional) cold brew for extra richness

3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy and well-chilled.

4. Pour into your caramel-lined glass.

5. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon sugar, and a caramel drizzle.
