Ingredients
- 2 shots hot espresso
- 1 oz cinnamon syrup
- 1 oz caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
- 2 oz half-and-half
- 2 oz cold brew or strong brewed coffee (optional but adds depth)
- 1–2 drops vanilla extract
- A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional but elevates the caramel!)
- Ice
For Garnish
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon sugar or a cinnamon stick
- Extra caramel drizzle
Directions
1. Prep the glass:
Drizzle caramel inside the glass and add a few ice cubes.
2. Build the base:
In a shaker, combine:
- espresso
- cinnamon syrup
- caramel
- half-and-half
- vanilla
- pinch of salt
- (optional) cold brew for extra richness
3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy and well-chilled.
4. Pour into your caramel-lined glass.
5. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon sugar, and a caramel drizzle.
