This Baileys Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini is THE fall cocktail to serve at Halloween and Thanksgiving this year. It tastes just like a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but better and with booze!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
For the rim:
- 1 tbsp demerara sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the cocktail:
- 9oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice*, chilled
- 3oz Kahlua
- 4oz espresso, chilled
Directions
- Mix the demerara sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Wet the rims of your martini glasses and dip the rims in the sugar mix to coat. Set glasses aside.
- Add 6 ice cubes plus the cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Give it 5 shakes to combine and chill, then immediately strain into your glasses.
- Serve with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
* If you cannot get Baileys Pumpkin Spice, substitute with regular Baileys/Irish Cream and add pumpkin spice to taste (start with 1/8-1/4 tsp and taste from there).
