This is a fun left quote. The Redcab - Brazil is a classic from Barefoot that always hits the mark. On Target! Its flavor notes hint of taffy and cacao in a dry aroma followed by layers of nougat, cashew butter, nutmeg and dark chocolate that really deliver. Redcab is wonderfully heavy bodied and round with an outstanding cream finish. Yum! Pull an espresso shot for an extra blast of flavor explosion! This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. From the first time I had this Colombia Organic Coffee over two years ago, I knew Doma Coffee was a special roaster indeed! This coffee is still just as fantastic today as it was then which says a lot about Doma. Consistency! Yes this is a true sign of a master roaster. This coffee's smooth flavor notes of chocolate that remind me of the perfect hot cocoa with honey and almond, blows me away -- so much so, that we had to have Doma Coffee on GoCoffeeGo! Order this and you too with become a believer in this fantastic roaster just as we are! This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. Clang your Tibetan singing bowl. Temple's Dharma Espresso will transform you. You may think I am crazy, or jacked up on caffeine but I believe man's understanding of the dharma of inanimate things and the universe will be clearer with each sip. Okay, maybe that is stretching it a bit, but this is a great espresso. It is a perfect mix of Latin America and Ethiopian coffees. As straight espresso, it is a more fruit forward shot, with a bit of lively acidity. I like lively. In cappuccino and milk type drinks, it has a silky creaminess. The flavor brings to mind childhood memories. Flavor flashbacks, like those cups of frozen malted ice cream from the baseball game. You know the ones that you eat with a flat wooden spoon? Or maybe it is more like the soft, milky powdery soft notes, like the ones in Whoppers Malted Milk Ball candy. Great as a shot and comforting with cream. Don't be fooled by the name. Dharma may sound Zen but it is sure to get a lot of excitement. This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. Las Aguas Atlas is a 2013 Good Foods Awards Finalist. This coffee features subtle flavor notes of sweet berries and milk chocolate. Oh, yeah!! It is such a great cup. We blew through the bag so fast because it was so good! The coffee screams clarity of richness with tart berries throughout. It really is special. Here is a coffee definitely to order -- before it runs out. Congratulations to Ryan and Trevor and all at MadCap for roasting this coffee to perfection and not only wowing us, but also garnering a top finish at the 2013 Good Food Awards! This is a fun left quote. I am absolutely thrilled with the San Sebastian from MadCap Coffee. It is an exceptional cup, clean, sweet with notes of cherry, dark chocolate, caramel and hints of citrus. This is the result of piecing together 30 exceptional lots near the small town of La Plata in Colombia. This coffee not only showcases the amazing artisan roasting talents of MadCap, it also celebrates the work of small shareholders in the municipality of La Plata in Huila. The coffee is produced by the Asociacion de Productores de Cafe de Alta Calidad del Occidente del Hulia (OCCICAFE). If you have not indulged and treated yourself to MadCap Coffees, now you should. The San Sebastian is well worth it! This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. If variety is the spice of life, then Dogwood's sampler 4 pack is for you! We first heard about Dogwood Coffee from a GoCoffeeGo roaster whose opinion we greatly respect. The roaster tried their coffee and thought they were a real discovery! Having a little bit of Christopher Columbus in me, I decided to take a voyage and explore their offerings for myself. I have to say that I was atonished! We were all very impressed and surprised at the quality of coffee being produced out of this small Minneapolis roastery, founded in 2010. With head roasters, Stephanie Ratanas and Eddie Anderson it's smooth sailing ahead. They do a bang up job of roasting, sourcing and picking really delicious coffee. In our eyes, Stephanie Ratanas is on her way to becoming a full fledged coffee rockstar. She boards prop planes with the best of the boys, and she often can be found traveling around the globe to origin to meet with farmers to source killer coffee for Dogwood. Like many of our roasters, Dogwood coffees are very seasonal. They can revolve in and out quite quickly, but that keeps things exciting! For a while now, Dogwood has had a great sampler set of four of their current coffee offerings. It is a great opportunity to try a mix of what they are roasting. Often the 4 pack includes a mix of African and central American coffees, as well as a bag of Mixtape, their revolving and ever evolving signature blend. Give Dogwood a try and see why we think they are not just the little roastery that could but the little roastery that would… Dogwood! :) This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. To kick off the summer, this is an excellent choice for a great iced coffee. I recommend the Colombia El Meridiano from Dogwood. It is an absolutely "tropical" coffee. With exotic flavor notes of papaya, melon, cantaloupe and a kick of peppercorns, this cup is great for the summer. I suggest you try it brewed as a drip, french press or pour-over as well. This lot represents the highest quality day lots from about 58 growers in the Tolima region in west-central Colombia. Stephanie the roaster at Dogwood tells us, "Most of the growers are very small, wet milling their coffee with small, sometimes hand cranked de-pulpers, traditionally fermenting the coffee and drying the coffee on rooftops or small greenhouses." Producers can choose to sell their coffee with Virmax, Dogwood's exporting partner in Colombia who will grade, roast and cup every lot and assign a level of quality to it, A, AA or AAA. These coffee beans are rated AAA quality. The best! Dogwood is thrilled to offer this fantastic coffee to you. This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. Every coffee has a story and Big Truck Espresso is no exception. Inspired by his childhood memories, roaster Oliver Stormshak learned to drive in his Grandpa Joe's green 1955 Chevy Truck. As he grew into a man, Grandpa Joe was a mainstay in his life and has remained a great role model who has inspired him ever since. He taught him life lessons and the importance of hard work. This has helped make Oliver the great roaster he is today. This commitment to excellence has rewarded Olympia with this years 2013 Roaster Of The Year Award. Oliver and crew created Big Truck Espresso to be Olympia's flagship espresso and it does not disappoint. It's a classic, just like Grandpa Joe and that 55 Chevy. It is always great, memorable and consistent. A solid, big bodied espresso with sweet chocolate notes and a dense fruity finish. Big Truck is a mix of beautiful organic coffees that are often washed, honeyed or natural. They change from season to season but it is an espresso you can always count on to deliver. Grandpa Joe eventually sold the truck but the memories live on in Big Truck Espresso. This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. 95 Points on Coffee Review?! KAPOW! Bird Rock coffee is on fire with their latest micro-lot offering, Guji Zone, Ethiopia. Heather Brisson and Nick Berardi at the roastery say it is flying out the doors at Bird Rock. They can barely roast it fast enough to fill orders. Take note, GoCoffeeGo customers, there is a reason Chuck Patton's small La Jolla roastery, Bird Rock Coffee, stole the thunder from other competing roasters in 2012 to get a place on our website. Chuck sources great coffee and goes to great lengths, traveling the world to get the primo beans and micro-lot coffees. He is a part of the elite group on GoCoffeeGo that makes travel a part of his life. When he cupped Guji, he fell in love. Guji is an intense coffee. Every aspect of it is intense. It is great, all across the board. Some coffees will have only one or two standout characteristics, like a nice acidity and a fine body or huge sweetness. When popping open a bag of Guji, it smells great. You notice a syrupy sweetness and deep fruitiness in aroma. When you brew it up, it really shines in pour over, cone filter or a Chemex. In an a French Press I would expect it to be even more intense. The flavors come in layers. When it is hot, you get floral, dried blueberry and fruit flavors out of it. As it cools, you notice the deepness of the profile with flavors like lycée and custardy chocolate. I advise everyone to try drinking it straight, without milk. This is a coffee that will get the coffee with milk drinkers to switch to drinking coffee black. We love this one. Brilliant! This is a fun right quote.

This is a fun left quote. I love Brazilian coffees, so when PT's Fazenda Rainha arrived I was excited. I was thrilled to see it was a natural processed coffee and the description was enticing. I pulled out the Chemex and brewed some up. One sip and I was smiling. It has a great full body that is smooth and creamy. Orange citrus and dark caramel notes make this a great drink all day coffee. I love this coffee and can see why it was a Cup Of Excellence winner in 2011. I think you will raise your cup and agree. Bravo to Jeff and Fred at PT's! This is a fun right quote.
