Rich and heavy bodied and smooth, this decadent coffee from Ermera, a district in East Timor, has deep, dark, rich notes of chocolate with a hint of toffee. The Timor Maubisse is the first coffee I ever tried from Atomic and I must confess, I have had a year long love affair with it ever since. Every 2 or 3 months, I find myself going back for more. The beauty of this coffee is that friends who only drink their coffee black are as enthusiastic about it, as I am. I personally love to add milk and sugar to maximize the heavy, gluttonous, rich and oh so naughty experience it delivers. A wonderful winter coffee for all.

The Redcab - Brazil is a classic from Barefoot that always hits the mark. On Target! Its flavor notes hint of taffy and cacao in a dry aroma followed by layers of nougat, cashew butter and nutmeg that really deliver. Redcab is wonderfully heavy bodied and round with an outstanding cream finish. Yum! Pull an espresso shot for an extra blast of flavor explosion!

Every coffee has a story and Big Truck Espresso is no exception. Inspired by his childhood memories, roaster Oliver Stormshak learned to drive in his Grandpa Joe's green 1955 Chevy Truck. As he grew into a man, Grandpa Joe was a mainstay in his life and has remained a great role model who has inspired him ever since. He taught him life lessons and the importance of hard work. This has helped make Oliver the great roaster he is today. This commitment to excellence has rewarded Olympia with this years 2013 Roaster Of The Year Award. Oliver and crew created Big Truck Espresso to be Olympia's flagship espresso and it does not disappoint. It's a classic, just like Grandpa Joe and that 55 Chevy. It is always great, memorable and consistent. A solid, big bodied espresso with sweet chocolate notes and a dense fruity finish. Big Truck is a mix of beautiful organic coffees that are often washed, honeyed or natural. They change from season to season but it is an espresso you can always count on to deliver. Grandpa Joe eventually sold the truck but the memories live on in Big Truck Espresso.

From the first time I had this Colombia Organic Coffee over two years ago, I knew Doma Coffee was a special roaster indeed! This coffee is still just as fantastic today as it was then which says a lot about Doma. Consistency! Yes this is a true sign of a master roaster. This coffee's smooth flavor notes of chocolate that remind me of the perfect hot cocoa with honey and almond, blows me away -- so much so, that we had to have Doma Coffee on GoCoffeeGo! Order this and you too with become a believer in this fantastic roaster just as we are!

The Palo Blanco Micro-Lot is an Excellent Choice from Barefoot. With notes of caramel apple and Asian Pear and thick toffee notes, I drank the whole bag within two days. It's silky, crisp and vibrant in the cup. I brewed it drip, french press, pour over and even espresso and was thrilled every which way, I tried it. This coffee comes from the El Socorro farm in Guatemala which that has won multiple awards in the past. You will love this coffee.

To kick off the summer, this is an excellent choice for a great iced coffee. I recommend the Colombia El Meridiano from Dogwood. It is an absolutely "tropical" coffee. With exotic flavor notes of papaya, melon, cantaloupe and a kick of peppercorns, this cup is great for the summer. I suggest you try it brewed as a drip, french press or pour-over as well. This lot represents the highest quality day lots from about 58 growers in the Tolima region in west-central Colombia. Stephanie the roaster at Dogwood tells us, "Most of the growers are very small, wet milling their coffee with small, sometimes hand cranked de-pulpers, traditionally fermenting the coffee and drying the coffee on rooftops or small greenhouses." Producers can choose to sell their coffee with Virmax, Dogwood's exporting partner in Colombia who will grade, roast and cup every lot and assign a level of quality to it, A, AA or AAA. These coffee beans are rated AAA quality. The best! Dogwood is thrilled to offer this fantastic coffee to you.
