Blind Assessment: Deep, round, sweet-toned, yet gently crisp. Distinct almond notes, milk chocolate, date-like fruit in aroma and cup. Rich, well-contexted acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The fruit turns banana-like in a resonant finish. Notes: Produced on a small family farm operated by two sisters from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. Who Should Drink It: Fine choice for those who prefer depth, resonance and natural sweetness in a brewed coffee.
