Sweet Tooth Espresso Soledad
This Sweet Tooth Espresso has flavor notes of quince jam, toasted almond, cola and chocolate brownie. These Caturra and Bourbon trees are grown at 1750 meters above sea level by Lucia Zelaya and her husband, Don Rony Asensio, in the Sacatepéquez department outside of Antigua Guatemala. Shaded by ubiquitous Grevillea trees, these 21 hectares of coffee trees are harvested of their fruit throughout the Spring. The coffee is then processed at the Zelaya family’s Beneficio Bella Vista in the traditional washed manner.
