oso family stayed committed to harvesting exceptional coffee as we were able to purchase all of the specialty grade coffee from their lot. This coffee will definitely stick out as not just another Colombia with its vibrant flavors deriving from high consistent elevations, great micro-climate and attention to detail along the way. Aside from Coffee Luis’ family also grows beans, plantain, yuca and herbs. Although Luis and Didier have very similar growing practices and the coffees were processed in the same manner, due to slight differences in the terrior and micro climate there are large distinctions between the two coffees.
