A commitment to quality is a key focus in the organization as organic fertilization, selective picking and other quality standards are requirements. Multiple lots from ASOPROAAA have received Cup of Excellence honors, including the El Roble, which won 3rd place this year. This is our second year buying coffee from this particular mill and are particularly excited about El Roble as it was the highest scoring coffee of nearly 100 offerings we tasted this area in 2012. In the cup expect a deep body, cherry, orange and milk chocolate.
