Guatemala Hunapu

Hunapu is the name used by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zemora for bourbon collected from small farmers throughout the Antigua highlands. His mill, Bella Vista, processes only the ripest cherries that come in throughout the day and lots are separated by day. This makes for much variation between lots of Hunapu. It's an ever-changing blend. And purchasing Hunapu supports smaller farmers that otherwise don't produce enough coffee to find customers to sell to directly.
