We tip our hats to you Fredy Morales. This coffee is well deserving of the 13th place it received in this year's Cup of Excellence! We met Fredy at the Specialty Coffee Association of America trade show in Portland this year and took hold of some hand delivered samples. Those samples turned our heads and wow'd our palette's. A classic Huehuetenango coffee that is both fantastically balanced and fantastically complex.
